Studio Etiquette & Policies
To help create a welcoming, respectful, and seamless experience for all clients, please review the following studio guidelines:
Payment
Payment for the assessment class or drop in class must be completed prior to the start of class via e-transfer or cash. Payment for Members is due the 1st of the month.
Studio Requirements
Grip socks are required for all classes and must be worn in the studio at all times. Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during your session.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a class. Missed classes or late cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling. If sufficient notice is provided, clients may request a make-up class at an alternate time, subject to availability. While make-up classes cannot be guaranteed, every effort will be made to accommodate scheduling changes.
Studio Courtesy
- Please silence mobile devices during class
- Kindly avoid wearing strong scents or perfumes in the studio
- Please remove jewelry before class for comfort and safety
